Catching up with Sophie May Williams

Its was back in Spring 2013 when I first heard Sophie May Williams sing.  She was busking in Ossett Town Centre, and it stopped me in my tracks.  I invited her to sing at Eller Coffee and was delighted when she accepted.  With that voice it was no surprise that within a few months we would be watching her perform in front of millions on the final of BBC's The Voice. Sophie May Williams on The Voice

Last autumn, Sophie May Williams performed at Eller Coffee and was a big hit with the audience.  The gig was a fundraiser for Building Ossett Better, a non profit company who aim to make Ossett a more attractive and vibrant town.  We hope you enjoyed the great performances on BBC1 this spring, where Sophie made the last two on Will I Am's team.  Well done Sophie [vsw id="5xUPHSKzE3U" source="youtube" width="425" height="344" autoplay="no"] … [Read more...]
